The retail department is made up of highly specialized professionals: creative directors, designers, and architects who work closely together and continuously refine their expertise. For us, every new project is an opportunity to showcase creativity, find unconventional solutions, and expand our professional horizons.

Founder and ideological inspirer of the company. Complex tasks specialist. One of the few people in Russia who not only knows everything about branding, but also shares this information regularly. Expert in classical music, fine wine, tea and English design.
Expert in retail design, commercial space design. Professional retail designer, architect. Over 10 years of experience in branding and advertising. Developed retail projects for Lassie, Street Beat, Dr.Head. Believes that not only creativity is important in retail, but also the engineering part. Details speak about the quality of the project. Loves to discover new places and meditate by the water.
She trained as an illustrator, then became interested in interior design and took a professional retraining course at the National Research University Higher School of Economics School of Design. In her spare time, she loves shooting photos.
More than 8 years of experience in identity and packaging. Develops symbolic graphics and illustrations. In his work, he maintains a balance of content and minimalism. Likes to play with meanings in graphics and words.
Has experience working at the architectural studio Chado and the IT company Chulakov, focusing on architecture and design for major market leaders in Russia. Areas of expertise include residential and public spaces for developers, HoReCa projects, offices, and retail projects over a period of 10 years. Experience in designing international projects. Deep understanding of CX (customer experience and customer journeys), as well as space zoning ranging from 15 to 3000 sq.m. An architectural and design approach to creative concepts and implementations with a focus on retail, HoReCa, and hospitality segments.
A professional interior designer who is passionate about exploring the intersections of branding, spatial design and architecture. For Antonina, design is constant development and the opportunity to make the surrounding space more comfortable and pleasant for herself and others. She likes to spend her free time in the forest or by the water and paint with acrylics.
Values elegance and functionality in design, firmly believing that one naturally flows from the other. Holds a degree in arts and design, drawing inspiration from philosophy, cinema, painting, and movement. Enjoys tackling complex challenges, combining creativity with a structured approach to discover new solutions. Believes that even the simplest tasks deserve thoughtful and mindful attention.
