Identity of the new electronics store format

A joint project of Beeline and Ion, Know-How is a new type of e-store. It is a single platform where buyers can purchase new electronics and mobile devices, get a comprehensive advice and full customer service by the mobile operator. The name of the store is the result of our Agency’s work.

The store needed a light name that would fully reflect the main idea of the brand, it should sound easy and modern, it should be understandable to both young and middle-aged people. The idea of a novelty and association with service, which gives answers to your your questions, was embodied in a simple but capacious title of "Know-How". It is perceived as a symbol of innovation, which tells you "I know!" when you ask them "How?".
