Brand Strategy

Along with a business development strategy, you should also have a company brand strategy in your list. This is a document that determines the vector of development and guarantees additional competitiveness of the company in the market.

Creating a brand strategy is a complex process that may take several months and consists of certain stages. During the project, we work closely with the customer, starting from the key challenges and ambitions of the business.

First, we determine what position the brand occupies in the minds of consumers relative to competitors.

For this, a number of analytical and research tools are used: introductory interviews with key employees to determine business objectives, in-depth interviews with target audience and experts, desk research, trendwatching, analysis of the competitive context and best practices in the market, shopping tours with a consumer, semiotic category analysis, segmentation research, brand image comparison with competitors and much more.

We summarize the findings and discuss with the customer's team at strategic sessions. Such workshops play a key role in the development of a brand strategy, because during them target segments, positioning hypotheses, a promotion strategy and ways to implement it are approved.

We clearly define the brand's vision, mission and role in the company's portfolio and people's lives.

We show how it differs from competitors, who its target audience is, what drivers and barriers it has, what attributes, emotional and rational advantages it has over competitors, what values, character and essence it has. The result of the work is recorded in the Brand Platform document, in which the brand strategy is summarized.
