M.Video in Botanika mall

New retail concept for home appliance stores
As part of a large-scale rebranding project, M.Video, in collaboration with the LINII agency, began updating the retail concept of its stores.
The first updated store with an area of 914 sq. m. opened in Botanica Mall.
M.Video is not just the largest retailer of household appliances; the company offers many services in one place: testing of equipment, repair, loan processing, etc. Such innovations of the company as improving the customer experience, multi-service and the introduction of new technologies were reflected in the retail space of M.Video.
Customer focus, creating a comfortable, convenient and understandable environment for customers were the main objectives of the new retail concept.

The new concept includes the creation of cozy zones where customers can not only get acquainted with the goods, but also test them. For example, the highlight of the zoning of the new M.Video stores is the M.Cafe zone, which is not typical for large non-food retail in the country. Such a zone, where customers can not only make purchases, but also consult on equipment with M.Video representatives, enjoying a cup of coffee in a cozy atmosphere, creates additional value for customers.

Also designed is the CSC (customer service center) zone, where M.Finance and M.Master services are presented, which provide customers with assistance in installing and servicing equipment. In a single zone, the buyer can arrange all goods and services - purchase, credit, delivery, installation. This makes the company not only a seller, but also a reliable partner in matters of household appliances.

The use of light-colored wood texture in the interior helps to create a feeling of coziness and lightness. The signature pattern in graphite color above the wall shelves along the entire perimeter of the store visually adds volume. The red ends of the shelves, designed in the brand's signature color, help customers easily navigate the store space. This allows customers to quickly find the goods and services they need, which significantly speeds up the shopping process.
The color palette of the space favorably distinguishes M.Video stores from competitors, where dark colors mainly prevail.

The light path above the central alley leads deep into the sales area, and in addition to this solution, contour soft lighting is placed at the focal points.
